Life in the Mountains

this is what we do while at our mountain home...
search for creepy crawly things.

sometimes we have to get a little muddy.

and if we're real lucky...
we find a night crawler.

we also sit on the floor and make masterpieces.

and, i am able to make lots and lots of jam...
{peach, strawberry, blueberry, plum, mixed berry
and hot pepper relish}

while looking at this picture.

watching the rain fall from the sky...
the hummingbirds drink from the feeders...
admiring the lovely flowers mr. c planted for me...
hearing the wind kiss the wind chimes...making them sing.
this beautiful place...
it soothes my soul and makes my heart happy.
